Hotel Studie

Tourists who travel to Switzerland with their families have to pay an unreasonable amount of money for a hotel: One is either forced into a double room with an extra bed or to book two rooms for double the price. A more expensive alternative: a suite with multiple bedrooms.

That can't be, said a brave investor who then commissioned a study from us about how the price range of a 3-4 star hotel can look like, which offers multi-bed rooms and still does not become a youth hostel. Rather, the facility is designed to meet the needs of business travelers and tourists alike and, with its attractive architecture and direct access to the lake, also as a venue for conferences and seminars, to achieve good capacity utilization all year round.
