Hotel Study

Tourists who travel to Switzerland with their families have to pay an unreasonable amount of money for a hotel: One is either forced into a double room with an extra bed or to book two rooms for double the price. A more expensive alternative: a suite with multiple bedrooms.

That can't be, said a brave investor who then commissioned a study from us about how the price range of a 3-4 star hotel can look like, which offers multi-bed rooms and still does not become a youth hostel. Rather, the facility is designed to meet the needs of business travelers and tourists alike and, with its attractive architecture and direct access to the lake, ensure good year-round occupancy rates as a venue for conferences and seminars.
